Yes, I live more than 100km from the nearest store, so I ordered from them instead of Amazon — but that’s absolutely the last time. And the funniest part? You can’t even return a product bought at Fnac at a Darty store! Yes, you read that right — you can buy a product and pick it up at a Darty store, but for after-sales service? Absolutely not 👎.
