It’s been an eternity since I last wrote about photography on the blog… The last article goes back to 2022, when I talked about switching to Fuji and its famous X100V!
Since then, I’ve accumulated quite a backlog… I’ve tested several bodies: the Fuji X100 series, the Sony A7c, the X-Pro3, the Leica Q3, and — back to basics — the Sony A7rV. Yes, that’s a lot of changes 😅 But browsing around online, I realize I’m not the only photographer suffering from this chronic dissatisfaction.
Time passes, our needs evolve, our desires too. Technology keeps up: you can find incredible quality in small bodies and lenses today, but the “big” models are still the ones that make us dream. Always more, always better… that’s probably the root of my eternal quest for the perfect camera.
